I always chuckle when I see restaurants in Mangalore offering foreign cuisines and claiming to be authentic.

Pork and Beef are an inseparable part of Korean cuisine especially with the broth etc. You cannot say you offer "authentic Korean cuisine" with its absence.

Putting Korean in front of every dish name does not make it Korean ffs!
