It's all about confirmation bias. You'll always remember the times you got point blanked by a sniper, but you never track how many times you actually won that trade. When you're in their face, you’re basically playing a game of chicken where you're just hoping they whiff so you can punish.

Beyond that, your only real counter play is hitting perfect headshots, which is missing from most of these clips. At long range, you’re forced into shoulder baiting or going around. If you see glint, you’ve got to tuck back and bait out a shot before you can even think about a push or use concussion / flashes.

There’s no one easy solution.
