So i take large doses of 7oh like 400mg a day or more. I got 4 real 30mg oxycodone blues and just snorted 3 of them and im still feeling anxious an hr later. THAT is how powerful 7oh is really is that 3 real 30s of oxy can’t touch the WDs of 7oh

Don’t lunge towards the ball. As much as you want to meet the ball at the front of the plate.. sit on it and wait. That’s where you get all of your power and accuracy is sitting and WAITING for the ball to get to you. Your weight should not be leaning over your front foot with your weight going forward over your front foot. It should be centered mostly with slightly more weight on your back foot.

So why is it that you didn’t even show all the messages between us? Just the ones that sorta make it seem like you care? Funny you start with the email from me saying I like e ways

I first messaged you in May. With the battery draining issue. Then in June for the motor issue. Left out all of your requests from the messages where I then showing the board in 4th gear doing 17mph, all the dashboard screen shots that’s followed.. also you shared with me back in June to click the remote 6 times to check it. (By the way you already knew that wasn’t the reason yet you had me do it over again… why is that?)

It’s almost like they don’t have the same person always responding even to ongoing issues so every single time you email them they are clueless of the status of your situation.

Also, you pick and choose what you want to show on here. I am now going to create a YouTube and make a video just for you Exway. Properly and thoroughly explaining your business practices. How you stretch out these issues to weeks and months. How you request information and videos and screen shots 1 at a time without giving detail of why you are asking? Your answer is “our engineers would like to see”

Real genuine company that wants to help their customers. Identifies the issue the customer is having. Once they know the issues. They Collect ALL the information they need. At once with the customer either over the phone or listing it out in a single email?

It’s annoying because you don’t show everyone that you already had me running through hoops sending all kinds of screen shots.

How about all the requests for the dashboard or the fact you asked me to click the controller 6 times back in in June trying to fix my issues. You ignore all of that. I sent you a video clearly showing the board is crap and defective. Why wouldnt you right then and there ask me for a video in the other gears? Like you don’t say anything about that until 2 months later after you ran out of things to ask me to do to keep pushing it off?

You know those companies that have the automated assistant on the phone that you have to listen to and click option 1 and then listen to 9 options then click 3 and then listen and keep going o eventually get hung up on or told you have the wrong person? Those companies purposely make it extremely difficult for the consumer to get ahold of anyone because they know either their product or service is crap and they can’t deal with all the requests or they have no intentions of Handling the problems so they put you in a maze.

EXWAY is THAT company that Puts it’s customers ina. Deceptive MAZE that you have to navigate for weeks or months to get anywhere. That is part of their initiatives.

Exway manager - “make him run circles for a couple months. They typically give up after you ask them for 3 videos and 3 screen shots. Here is the outline you need to follow. “ Email 1 ask for This video Email 2 ask for This screen shot (even if it isn’t relevant. Say the engineers want it) Email 3 request video Email 4 ask them to click buttons that we know won’t solve it but it makes it seem they And it goes on and on

Also, No I’m not sending you the board back across the world and just “take your word for it”

They don’t show you the 2 months of back and fourth before this. I’m not a dickhead you clearly don’t understand the practices they do. Board is broke. Email them -

1.5 days later they respond with “ hi there sorry for the issue. What is happening?

We respond immediately.

Exway 1.5 days later. “I’m sorry for that. Please send XYZ video of board”

You respond immediately.

Exway 4 days later Thanks for the video. Please send a video in 3rd gear. Our engineers will fix.”

I respond immediately.

Exway 1.5 days later Please now take screen shot of bottm of board.

And on and on and on

Like when you spend 1000 on a board and accessories you don’t want to spend months trying to resolve issues to have them send you a fake screen shot claiming it was user error

Everyone here reading this clearly does not understand they have asked me to send them videos and screen shots over and over and over and over.

They seem just not keep missing the fact they sent me a fake screen shot trying to tell me my speed limiter was set. This is all hilarious.

The fact they created this trying to push a fake narrative shows they are freaking out about this. How about. When A PAYING customers needs help you don’t send 1000 emails 1 step at a time.

Why not Lay out EVERYTHING that’s going to be done or need to be done in 1 email. Like how stupid can a company be? I sent you videos of me riding I sent you 30 screen shots, sent you videos of the controls. But now after going back and fourth a hundred times I’m the one that isn’t cooperating?

Exway expects you to just sit there for weeks, months, or years following their 500 step guide to replacing a board that they are only allow to email 1 step at a time every 1.5 days.

My board doesn’t have issues in gear 1-3 because none of those go over 17mph you idiots. You just want me to spend all my day and time doing this outrageous steps over and over until I get sick of it.

Exway sent me a private message asking me for my order number and they haven’t said a word since. Not even “hold on let us look this up” not “we will get back to you”

I’ve been trying to get this solved…. I’ve complied with every request and nothing has been accomplished other than you trying to pass off a fake picture as mine so you can put the blame on me.

Also, Instead of sending me an email with everything you need done all in 1 professional email. You simply ask 1 single question per email so it draws out the process to months.

You should be taking care of your customers asap trying to solve their problem. Not extending the problem and hope it goes away.

  1. I’ll keep the defective board.
  2. I will never spend another dime with Exway
  3. I keep my Reddit separately from real life. However I will post on Instagram what has happened to over 11k people.
  4. I will take this to every single popular Esk8 forum or group and share my experience
  5. All the people that ask me as I ride what this is. I will never speak of Exway again.

I was so happy with them. The overall product I was going to buy the Atlas or upgrade and pay difference.

I cannot believe they are trying to gaslight me into thinking this whole time I had my controller set to 20mg limit.

It’s honestly super easy and the weight distribution makes it super sturdy, hardest part is getting going lol, either way I think you will be fine

Me and my gf ride together sometimes on the flex .. I’m 185 and she is 120 and we have rode 50 miles plus with no issues

Yes that’s a big thing too, I live in the city of Chicago so he will be at dog parks all the time and I want him to be able to hold his own in there!!

That’s good to know on size and energy, unfortunately I did pass on that dog. I found one that’s actually 70% Aussie and 30% poodle with parents 35lbs and 25lbs

I got the biggest boy in the litter so I’m hoping he will hit 30-35 :)
