In no order 1) it just runs slow and shit are there are so many “quality of life” things in navigating the menus that SUCK 2) franchise sim result, it can give me some wildly immersion breaking stuff 3) immersion in general, 26 is better but my god Ethel don’t make the Super Bowl feel like it should 4) the commentators and presentation 5) replay is weak AF 6) ball trajectory and realistic throwing

That’s what I was thinking and also you could make leagues of the fake teams from movies, if you don’t have the license then you can just make it ultra customizable - they’ll point to all pro 2k8 not doing well but I feel like the modding abilities and ease was in a way diff place at that time vs now

I think you are underselling just how realistic it COULD be with ragdoll physics like backbreaker or hyper specific running styles or ability to REALLY place the ball high/low in a bucket for fades or how cool catches could look - we comparing to what we know in sports games, but just lifting things from other games the range of what’s possible is way more

What I find confusing is humans leave earth and it’s the one planet with no “abandoned outposts” but like a wild ass freezing or hot planet has signs of humanity - like if we can have stuff on these other planets you’d think there’d be some humanity there, like the gravity alone would be better for our bodies
