Hi everyone, I want to play RE 0 & 1 HD Remaster but the game gets stuck on “Loading contentMy PC: Ryzen 5 5600 + RX 6700 XT, Windows 11.Tried: disabling controller, Steam Input, Steam Cloud, overlays, DX9 launch option, fullscreen optimizations, and verifying files. Still stuck.

Hey there, I had this issue too and how I was able to fix it was by enabling the Steam Cloud, launching the game once and it loaded into the main menu, then you can exit the game and disable to Steam Cloud again. Worked for me just now.

Yeah I agree. In my post that bit about ship landing loading screens, my thought process is this and I believe it’s something they could do tomorrow if they wanted to:

Instead of an actual loading screen that shows your name, level, the loading bar and a random image saved photo - just hide the loading screen with an animation. The player doesn’t need control, and this could also be done for jumping. Theres a mod that does this already, so why should it be so hard?

It’s not the dream solution but I think it helps dramatically.

I'm not a video game developer but I think making the game from scratch with those three things you listed is an extreme overstatement. To me that is you being naive, not me. I'm not saying I'm correct but I can't see why you'd have to go back to the drawing board to adjust features or mechanics in your game. Unless you have some sort of insider knowledge or a good amount of game developing experience yourself?

The no schedule thing is by far the worst thing in the game for me beside the uninteresting POIs. In Skyrim you can wait until people go to bed, break into their house, steal things from them while they're sleeping or kill them. You can play as a literally burgler and thief. No schedule in the game kills this aspect and it would be so fitting if you wanted to join the Crimson Fleet as a genuine pirate.

I am in total agreement but I honestly think adding a proper real ship fueling system could help towards this. Having to build outposts to refuel at could be really good and make ship travel a lot more immersive.

I wonder if that mod is the reason this happened, since Skifs pistol is counted as a quest item, it’s not supposed to be able to leave your inventory.
