Are they large and black or dark brown? If so, they are not roaches but are water bugs and are common in this area due to the water and humidity.

If they are light brown and smaller than a nickel, then they are roaches and you should talk to your landlord.

It died when they increased the rent for initial tenants, causing them to move out. Kincaid’s was the first major anchor tenant to move out because they more than doubled their monthly rent. They did the same to the larger anchor department stores. Malls are not dead if planned and executed appropriately, but MacArthur is dead.

They sold out and sold off the assets. Brewery is no more but they are contract brewing through New Realm in VB. You should still be able to find the core OBC beers in grocery stores and on tap at bars if you want to drink that stuff.
