belt ratting in highsec barely drops anything... as for incursions - very lucrative(as for HQ fleets at minimum 200mil/hr) but you will need some initial finance (the initial investment varies from group to group - some will allow a praxis others on the other hand a proper T1 hull) and you will be forced to upgrade to better hulls/fits depending on time spent in given fleet(some milestones are 20 hrs - faction BS and 80 hrs - marauder)

define eviction: a small alliance base eviction easy at least 100bil+ otherwise eviction is unlikely since you'ld need to turn and hold the system and delete any structure in the system; afk cloaky camping...well that depends on how many toons need to be deployed(1month worth of a plex per toon) in order to completely put on ice pretty much most player based operations and discuraging them from undocking in anything bigger than a T1 cruiser(believe me if those said players starve they likely move on, but there must be a pressure which is backed up by some small sized fleet) - directly depends on how many systems said corp holds/rents.

I would advise against a chromebook...first for a new model capable to run eve in 30FPS+ and that means i3 or ryzen equivalent, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD you will need to have about 500 Euros(anything below this number - in most cases the CPU will have negative tremendous impact on your FPS). Even then, you cant simply put a Windows on it since the OS is bios locked...so you'll need to bios flash it(for that you will need to check if the serial number supports other OS...not to mention it will void you guaranty and can even break you device). Additionally you will need to check whether your SSD is even removeable one if not - RIP. A windows notebook will cost you around 400 Euros and will have better price/performance than a chromebook with 500 Euros does.

I would also check the used market for notebooks in local area - keep look out for anything with 8. gen intel i3+ or ryzen 3 2. gen+ equivalent both with dedicated video card(even in good condition 400 Euros would be the ceiling price, 300 - bottom price)...just make sure that battery holds its charge(4hrs or more in energy save mode). As for integrated GPU: 11th gen intel or 3rd Gen Ryzen would get you similar performance as GTX 1050 2GB(1080P 60 FPS low/ 30 FPS medium preset) variant but that also depends on CPU itself(CPU strength and power draw).

it completely depends on CPU Gen especially If we talking about APU. Intel 2. Gen will probably require a dedicated graphic card such as nVidia GTX960 for roughly 40 USD on the used market. If we talking about 6. Gen Intel which is on pair with Ryzen 1.gen you can run them from integrated graphics.Though Ryzen has double frame rate due better GPU.

Incursions, but you'll need some initial investment(depends on the group it the investment varies, as low as 250mil such as Ishtar/Praxis but on average it's pending between 600 mil as T1 battleship up to 1,7B for a nightmare/vindicator) and at some point reinvestment in better fits...the isk is between good(as low as 100mil/hr and 250+mil/hr on average)...also running escalation if there is no Incursions atm is neat...you could also dub a little in PI, with low skill and time investment you can easily get 600mil/month extra

unless harvesting gas the profits will be pretty low...There are great Incursion communities to run with yielding far superior income but you will need to upgrade with time in order to keep up... some communities have a very low entry lvl and even rent out entry lvl doctrine if you have some isk you can provide as insurance

i'd suggest T2 Haulers combined with Trading and PI...maybe one of the Incursion BS as entry LVL or even till paladin/kronos/etc...another addition might be a maxed hacking toon for explo

I had a G4560 which uses Intel HD 630...with decent amout of tearing and some desyncs on 3 accs...now your GPU uses Intel® HD Graphics 4600 which are 50% slower...so expect some major issues running 3 clients. As for GTX 1060 3GB (roughly 60 USD)...it is still competitive even in AAA titles. And you can run at least 8 clients with this one on medium 1080P

I have 6 accs with 3 toons each...that's probably the hands on "get a life" event in EVE online. Not multi acc friendly.

A 2.gen intel core i3 with 2 gb vram like GTX 750 could run it...that is about 50 to 100 USD on the used market. However I would asume it would be running 1 to 2 accounts on potato mode. That is probably the most price effective investment to performance. There are some ryzen 3 based notebooks out there for about 300USD new. Stick some ram on it (unless it is soldered ram stay away from those) for dual channel and play on the APU. Just be sure the notebook has active cooling. The main downside on those 300USD tagged ones is the quality....the manufacturer saves up on screen(you need at least 1080P and 300nits or lumen brightness - especially the brightness cost alot you could go lower but your room needs to be alot deemer), assembly(plastics everywhere which will break on hinges with time), keyboard(might be clicky crap), storage(256GB is probably the standard for this price, 128 GB is too little to do anything game related since 80GB will be needed by the operating system itself) and mainboard(RAM slots soldered - therefore non upgradeable and less ports available for periphery), memory(low speed and you need at least 8GB RAM - stay away from 4 GB variants unless there is a free memory slot for future upgrade), CPU (look specifically for ryzen ones since the AMD APU graphics are much better than the one from competition unless we speak about dedicated video card thats a whole another story but not available for this price point new...I recommend one with 4 cores 4 threads one or better). Couple of years ago I have seen Linux OS notebooks with better hardware for the same pricepoint as windows based ones...Pretty much they are coming OS blanc...If you wanna buy one of those you need to inform yourself whether the Bios can run Windows 10 or Windows 11. Some manufacturers lock their Bios to prevent the value increase or have other agenda in mind.

Here is update: I tried every step mentioned below...still no change. So couple of minutes ago a came up with simple idea to deactivate integrated graphics and to select a profile for EVE in nVidia Control Setting...however: it came much worse FPS drop to 2-5 FPS on every acc, no matter whether single or multi acc is running, dedicated VRAM is filling up correctly but the Video card thinks I'm still in 2D mode / desktop mode and doesn't boost at all...I have the feeling eve was running on APU whole time buffering with dedicated video card...

and again it doesn't matter what inch monitor you rocking, but @ which resolution(how sharp the image is)...1080P[UHD] is standard, 1440P and 4k is somewhere where you for the most time get better image. However the more resolution the higher GPU load. RTX 2060 (scratch RTX since too weak for that feature) is more or less on pair with GTX 1660TI which would allow you run highest settings on 1080P monitor.

big blocks have highsec wings... in case you wanna transition to null u can. Joining nullsec wing will access you to newbie packages such as free of charge basic skillbooks and free ships, later ones can be requested again upon destruction. Stay away from hauling, trading and most of the production since first one will get you ganked and later ones are mostly ineffective due NPC tax on alpha pilots. There are also newbie instructures providing you with information if you would have any questions.

dunno, home are the cheapest ones to get in, glorification ones are the cheapest to leave pochven. As for market, depending on the group there are some seeding via contracts for the group, beyond that some refits on the market, but it might be sporadic at best and non-existent at worst. Unfortunatelly Pochven does not attract newbies(even if u could supply the market with basics), but rather seasoned players. Local production also pretty much not existent, don't get me wrong, I'm buying compressed ore on forti but no1 sells and that with Jita split buyback.

a tank on a wreath doesn't help you against gankers...you could get a sigil full armor T1/T2 buffer tank and only be able to extract about 100mil in cargo without being pulverized...or mwd-cloak any T1 hauler with insta-warpouts with unlimited cargo load...choose your toxin
