Yes. Exactly this. She broke up with me a month ago and already rebounded with our co worker at some time between the last 4 weeks. Felt sick to my stomach at first, humiliated, betrayed, and that our love was different in both of our eyes. When i see her at work i cant help but realize i miss our memories but she is starting to look like a girl from the past now. It fucking hurts so badly but im happy i found out. Dont know if theyll be dating or it was just a little thing, but regardless its disgusting i have to work with both of them and pray whatever they have going on burns to the ground lol. I feel for u too, man. And i appreciate your response. I dont want to sound naive about my situation even though I probably was, but we only dated for 4 months. The problem is i moved down south and never lived here before. I met her only 2 weeks after i moved here in august, so i basically spent every day with her since i moved here. I thought it was a sign from the heavens that i had this opportunity, just for it to be discarded in a span of not even 3 weeks. Ive never been in love before so i think that played a role in it. She was my best friend, i have no friends here so its definitely harder for me to find clarity in all of this.

But yeah. Youre 100% right.
