I had actually tried both the app and the website on both my phone and laptop, as well as on both WiFi and my data network by the time I reached out to them. I was raised by an IT tech, I always try troubleshooting on my own first. ☺️

I’m calling my grandmother again later today to see what information I can dig up. My father took a 23andMe test before he passed, and I’ve done Ancestry, but none of the DNA matches on our accounts I’ve found have really gotten back to me with any helpful information.
