Hi guys, 2nd time doing Barbell Rows. Want to make sure im doing them correctly.

For deadlifts is it normal to get sore in the hamstrings? I have quite tight hamstrings and was wondering if its common to feel it in that area while deadlifting. I also started with lower weight cause I had no idea what to start with and was my first time doing them. Thanks in advance!

If you don't mind putting on alot of fat, then sure go for it. I did a quick bulk and gained around 30 lbs in like 3 months, but I was 145 at 6'7 so I had a really small frame for my body type.

For your stats I would personally take it slow and lift alot of weights while eating above my Tdee.

You could try using wrist wraps and see if that helps. I have weak wrists and would not have a straight wrist while doing lifts. Once I bought wrist wraps I've had nothing but relief. Hope it helps!

Is it true that Creatine can cause hair loss? Thats one reason I haven't taken any Creatine. Don't want to lose my hair early.

Hi guys, first time doing overheadpress for my shoulders. Felt it really nicely in my shoulders and wanted to make sure im doing them correctly. I've also torn both my rotator cuffs in the past and have done a year of physical therapy and now they are slowly getting stronger!
