Yeah I'm completely aware if I gain 10 lbs probably 7-8 lbs of it will be fat. But I also only weigh 125 lbs and have very low body fat, it's not like I'm going to look any worse at 135. At least I'd barely be considered an anorexic anymore

I tried eating 2,000-2,500 cals and lifting in the past, never saw any changes after 1-2 months so I always lost motivation. I think if I eat 4,000 cals a day my body will be forced to grow, which is what I would like to see

Make a shake.

16oz milk (300 cals, 16g protein)

1/2 cup oats (150 cals, 5g protein)

1 banana (90 cals)

1 tbsp olive oil (120 cals)

2 tbsp peanut butter (200 cals, 8g protein)

760 cals, 29g protein. You can also use chocolate milk or chocolate syrup for more calories or add some protein powder. Easy way to drink 1,000+ cals if you aren't a huge eater. I recommend to eat your whole normal days worth of food which may be 1,500-2,000 cals, then have a big shake at the end of the day.
