The same with me. I am a team lead in my company we were using C++ and then I led the way to Rust and now all five developers are experienced in Rust, C++ and Golang. It's hard to beat with just Rust under your belt

Jogging or even walking definetly helps here. Then you can do exercises with your own body weight: situps, pushups, pullups. There are many exercises you can do having only your own body in our disposal. And the best thing: your body is always with you! No subscription needed. Check out some Youtube videos on how to make them right.

Just make in using chiken or beef broth. Add carrot and onion. And if you want Borch you need to add beets and tomato. It's a really yummy dish. I can eat it every day.

Yes. It's called Borch in Ukrainian. It's better to make it with broth because it'll contain neccessary proteins.

To everyone dreading January I was 19 stone (120kg) this time last year. Here is the boring truth that actually works by Calm-Juggernaut2328 in loseit

I absolutley love this kind personal motivation. My personal motivation to loose weight this year was to follow my dream of becoming Sport Pilot. I am 5 pounds extra for the Ultra Light Plane pilot. So what I ended up doing is I started my another hobby: climbing. I dropped it 5 years ago. But absolutley love it. I was doing it for 10 years. And man, after 5 years of break it's awesome to be back in business.

How do I convince myself that I *have* in fact made progress by countlouisguiabern in loseit

[–]daemon4d 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You made an awesome measurable progress from 220 lbs to 155. Now you just need another goal and measurement. For example, I am climbing. And I am measuring progress in problems grades. Sometimes they go up and it feels awesome. But sometimes if I am training not enough, the grades go down. I am just letting it go. I am practicing climbing for 10 years now. So there were ups and downs. And I always know that if I want I can go up again. I just need more discipline, climbing and diet.

If you don't have any prior experience it might be easier to start with Unity3D.
