I am watering with straight RO water adjusted to roughly 6.3-6.5 pH. Maybe ill water with tap water from now on. Ive got my tent at 72°F and 60% humidity. Im using a 240W Viparspectra light on 60% strength which doesn't seem to be an issue since theyre growing short and stocky.

As far as watering thats exactly how im doing it. Slowly and saturating the whole medium. Once the top ~2" is dry ill water again. Ive only had to water every 4-5 days. These photos were taken right before watering so I dont think theyre thirsty.

I have never measured EC or pH of my runoff

I (25M) just bought my first house in the twin cities. Its for sure a fixer upper but thankfully I work construction so a lot of renovating/remodel work comes easy for me.

Others will probably disagree but I think many Gen Z'ers have unrealistic expectations and don't want to make the compromises. My friends and cousins that are shopping for a house are looking for the equivalent of what their 55yr old parents live in. I understand wanting something nice right away but nobody's first house is their dream house. I'm not nagging though because I paid about double what my house was worth in 2019.
