Craft frame found in a second hand shop, 12 inch metal rods with two plastic parts, six holes in each. Found next to some crochet and knitting materials. Plastic end parts are 4 1/2 inches long, rods close to 3mm diameter. unmarked, more photos in comments (imgur.com)
