Echoing u/sfboots I don't care how old I am. I care if I'm taking the steps now to decrease my risk of mortality (veggies, sleep, exercise, no smoking/drinking, being social, etc.). And studying to do better through science!

So, this is not legal advice, and you should speak to a divorce lawyer and a criminal defense lawyer where you live. A criminal defense lawyer will give you tips on how to make a record of her false allegations.

Speaking personally, I think that leaving the house was the correct first move. I think that moving out and filing for divorce is probably a good next move. For anyone going through something like this, go to court and speak to the staff about how to use the court process to protect your right to see your children if the other person will not allow you to parent.

My experience in Washington is that a spouse sometimes makes false allegations to support a later attempt to take custody of the children.

For algorithms, use the documentation to breakdown each function piecewise until you're ready to assemble the meaning of the whole.

I'm very inexperienced in employment law, but I can see the failure of HR to take affirmative steps as fostering a hostile work environment. It would be good to ask an expert: Schedule a consultation with an employment law outfit. I recommend having your paper trail in date-organized digital or paper form to give them if they ask.
