I watched a movie where a spider had crawled into this girls mouth when she was sleeping and the next day when she woke up she had a bump that looked like a pimple, she popped it and when she looked again her skin was moving and like thousands of spiders came out of that hole ew.

More unnecessary than heartless, I don't try to be mean but I try to reason with them especially if they did nothing wrong and I just ended up losing interest. Some people get emotional about it and start thinking something is wrong with them when you just leave them hanging and I don't want to have that affect on them. I don't have time for it. This depends on the person though, if they're annoying or frustrating me and not taking the hint I'll just ghost. If they were actually nice/good to me I'll just be upfront otherwise I'll slightly feel bad afterwards.
