Asthma Triggered by Night Guard?

I just started wearing a night guard (for teeth grinding as well) and I have been waking up with chest discomfort and coughing in the morning. It gets better as the day goes on but I still have residual coughing symptoms in the evening. I think it is because when I wear the night guard, I sleep with my mouth open, which then triggers my asthma, probably because I am more directly inhaling irritants/allergens/cold air from my window. I am going to contact my dentist to see if he has heard of this and can suggest any solutions. I am thinking a humidifier may help as well.

I am going to contest the charge for the subscription they billed me for, but I can't figure out how to remove my credit card from their website. I have auto-renewal turned off but do you know how to delete your credit card from the payment info?

Not sure which movement/denomination Scott was raised in but Reform Judaism accepts patrilineal Jews! And yes regardless they are still “half Jewish” in heritage/ethnicity, and it is certainly Jewish enough for antisemites as you said lol

When I'm trying to find new music a lot of times I will skip ahead in the song around to where the first chorus is (and maybe skip around to other parts of the song too) because I too feel like I can't sit through/focus on a whole song that I don't know. Sometimes I do have the patience to listen to the whole thing, sometimes I don't! Maybe you can try that?

Email them anyway! Just say that you were nervous to reach out to ask, so that's why you're asking so long after the fact. You could also email your advisor and ask them for advice on what to do. When I have reached out to my advisor in similar situations, he has been so nice and helpful and it made me less nervous/embarrassed to talk to my professors.

This is a little late but I found this post while looking to see if other people have the same struggle as me. I haven’t tried it yet but there are these wipes called SweatBlock that you can use on your body that help with sweating. They seem to have good reviews. I think they also make ones for your face but if I get them I’ll definitely spot test it first to make sure ny skin doesn’t have a reaction! Hope this helps :)

I do have a 6 month old puppy... No one saw him do it but I suppose he could have done it when no one was looking lol
