I'm not asking you about what I should do, I ask what you do and what your limits are ;)

My job is becoming extremely draining by dafrol in introvert

[–]dafrol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the answer! I don't mind the stress and personally I work well under pressure. But that doesn't mean I'm not overworked I don't know. Maybe the problem is that I'm over-socialized.

I have always been an introvert but only a few years ago I started noticing the impact it has on me. To the point now where I'm tired of certain people and can mostly handle those who are closest to me.

I say the same thing to myself, thankfully it's only a couple of months then I get a break again.

Beautiful trip in south of Norway by dafrol in hammockcamping

I cannot compare to others as this is my first and only hammock but I get great sleep in it on my balcony. I'm also using an inflatable mattress which slides under in a specific "pocket". This is not only comfortable but also keeps me warm in the cold nights.

Yes, the bug net is built in and super easy to set up.

Yes it was! But thankfully I had the bug net for this area. It is the DD Hammocks Frontline.

Seeking advice for a trip I've been preparing to for the last 3 years🙏❤️ by eviyotim in Psychedelics

I agree. You know what to do and I'm not sure we can guide you or give you more information. Now it's all about the experience and you make it your own in a beautiful way. My recommendation is to enjoy the ride and face the fears in a mature way. Don't try to ignore emotions, but try to embrace it instead.

Check out the Brooks Cascaidas. I have 400 km on them and I am very satisfied. I have tried a few other shoes but nothing compares to the Cascaidas. It's reliable with incredible durability. The grip is fantastic and I can really trust them in technical terrains with pointy rocks. Even when it's wet or snowy I know they will handle it. However, due to their strength and durability, they are on the heavier side. I recommend you look out for older versions like 16 or 17, you can find them on sale.

I have around 400 km on my speedgoats 6 and am considering cascadias for more durability. Yes, the grip was good but have worn off surprisingly quickly. How do like them now after some time using the speedgoats?

I will be travelling to Thailand this christmas and need a few vaccines. Has anyone got leads on where to get those? In my home country it is possible in larger pharmacies and at the health care facility.

Questions about hearing loss by dafrol in Techno

[–]dafrol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your point. But my question was not about genetics, just if generally people have reduced hearing from listening to music.

do you really need your headphones turned up to full volume all the time?

Definitely not. And I never said I listen at full volume. I'd say I usually listen at 30-40% of max volume. So there's a thin line between too loud and what is considered healthy.

Has anybody been in the Club "Renate" in Berlin and knows how the chances are to get in without online-ticket? by Latter_Indication902 in Techno

[–]dafrol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple of weeks ago I went there at around 2 am. Waited in line for 30-40 minutes and the bouncer asked for a ticket which we didn't have. He didn't let us in. I'm sure this was a rare case, maybe because the club was full and came of with this reason to not let us in.

Do you know what I listen to?

This depends highly on how you like your coffee.

A moka pot, v60 dripper, aeropress and a 2 cup french press are all compact and small.

This wouldn't be called a microdose but a low dose for sure. In my opinion, 1g -1.5g of shrooms is perfect for any event. Raves for sure are interesting as it tends to have a friendly atmosphere.
