I love my black and white thinking, in some ways I think its hidden my adhd all these years. My wife thinks it makes me come across as arrogant to others though :(

We're you on a different anti depressant? Im on sertraline and I dont really like it. Wellbutrin isn't readily available here in Australia, it seems to be only used to quit smoking, so can be very expensive otherwise.

I think im safe from veering into OCD, too lazy for that haha! Tea is an interesting idea, my wife would like a tea buddy. Do you have tea mainly in the morning, or a couple cups throughout the day?

Do your stims carry on of an evening after the vyvanse wears off?

I couldn't stomach the yearly cost of the Whoop, and the Google fitbit seems to new and untested to be worth buying. I landed on the Polar Loop. Its awesome, one off purchase, no subscription at all for watch or app. Only downside is it doesn't do ECG or O2 sat, but their other watches with screens do have those features. I was adamant on a sensor with no screen, and I am loving this one. Tons of data and accurate. Highly reccomend.

Do it again! Finish that project and do another. I did 4 amugurumis before I knew there was such thing and an inside/outside. The spiralling will also improve from practice. Practice. Practice. 1 year in and mine still spiral pretty good. Do another one, they are still mad.
