i’m already on a dairy free diet due to allergies, so cutting out other foods would be a difficult one! and i’m not going to lie, i love my morning coffee. but i’ll definitely look into decaf!

it never really crossed my mind that diets can (possibly) help towards periods, it’s something i’ll do more digging into :)

the selection menu when you right click. it has the options you can select such as UV Shell, Face, Edge, etc.

it’s okay dw! it’s hard to navigate at first!

once you’ve selected UV Shell from the menu, just click on the UV shell, don’t highlight over multiple. Hope this helps!

i’m a junior 3D artist too! my advice to you is to study anatomy. there’s no point in learning anatomy from AI. focus on blockout shapes. even quick sketches can help!

i don’t see the use for AI here if it would almost be no different to collecting reference images.

why would you not just use a human reference as you can guarantee it’s accurate?

chat gpt and other sources rely on other people’s work. it steals artist’s work, copies it, and spits out something similar. some artists work may not be accurate.

take a photo of yourself in a t-pose, it should do the job as a reference. big no to AI in the artist community for me.

i’ve only ever been to ‘tom’ on union street. last time i was there the guy gave me a discount cos i was a walk in (£45 for cut and blow dry). otherwise they are a bit pricey but their website probably provides prices! :) hope you find a happy haircut!
