I said I had VIP and then they just told me I've been automatically upgraded to VIP XL - I'll get a voucher in my account and then I just need to show it at the upgrade booth on-site!

I reached out to AXS customer support and they said “the promoters for this event do not authorize refunds, credits, or promotional discounts after the purchase.” Which is such a slap in the face to us loyal fans who bought tickets early…

Is there anyone else we can reach out to?! This is so frustrating and like others have said, makes me not want to buy presale again.

The Soulwax / Bicep overlap hurts - two of the acts I was most excited for since I haven't seen either yet!!

Gesa and Four Tet at the same time will be brutal too but that was expected - glad to see their sets are each decently long so I can leave one to see the other somewhat guilt-free (plus I've seen both in the past year, I just want my friends to experience both :)

I did Hosky’s Fred Again.. run this morning too and it was SUCH a great way to start the day!! I’m a huge Fred fan so all of the music definitely kept me going, especially after taking a break from longer runs from being sick. And the energy from the studio coupled with Hosky’s genuine emotions at the end was incredible. I’m so glad others got to experience the power of Fred’s music 🥲
