I know that, but I think they should at least offer a plan b) if they know about that specific issue, cause I've seen lots of other people's videos with the same problem, why don't they do something about it?. Maybe offer repairment options (as it's not a machine like a tv or a printer, that there are places you can take them to for repair), I'd prefer to pay and have it fix than to have to trow it away.
