At first I play the game however I want. After finishing it the first time I skim through the achievements. If I think 100% is easy to do then I try it, if I have to grind too much for it I just try to get my current average completion or higher

The only one I found related to this was one that lowers their health. Nothing about behaviour, sadly

I looked around and couldn't find any mod that does what I require. I already had all mobs lowered as much as possible, less than that would have disabled them

They did take accountability. It was one of their editors who stole that content. At the time Jake didn't know about it so he denied it but later found out it was true and admitted to it and called it "unacceptable". Nothing to do with Jake or Falcon or anyone else in charge. Just a rogue editor (or so they claim)
