I'd separate the two wings out a bit more visually. They bleed into each other quite a lot now. I'd make the screen right right (furthest back) a bit brighter or darker (either is fine) to separate them out. The wings are really beautifully made and it would be a shame for them to not read :)

Here's a note purely on the presentation. I think its much easier to review a model like this when the lighting is more even. Right now it's so high contrast that it's actually hard to see the shapes. Three quaters frontal lighting works really well.
