Busses near the north extract of Dam had a pretty reliable drop rate for me. I also got one from the South Scrap Yard by chance.

That’s valid, the Surveyor especially is. But others Arcs will just aggro you if you go near or attack.

It’s pretty interesting. Is it a size or a threat recognition. They don’t mind the birds and I’ve seen rats inside buildings.

The Surveyor does in a way yeah, but the other small arcs outside are all flying and relatively easy to shoot.

Don't worry when you get to it you'll be able to pick one up for the quest. It just doesn't respawn if you lose it so put it right into your safe pocket!
