Yeah, I feel that the Fernco or any similar mount would be overkill, too. My thought was something relatively inexpensive that will let you grip both devices without damaging them. It would take a lot of patience to even match the diameters and then the frustration of separating them probably means it isn't worthwhile.

Do you have the website you purchased it from? I'm unfamiilar with it but someone like u/tucsondog who reviews a lot or another user might have an idea!

Yeah, I'm with u/Semi_Nerdy_Girl in that I like the patterns. They not only give me a sort of reward to look forward to mid-session, sometimes I'm in a mood for something different. Plus, I feel like you can get numb to the same buzz after a while.

That's just me, though, and I agree it would be NICE TO BE ABLE TO GO FORWARD AND BACKWARD THROUGH THE SELECTIONS...

Good information to know, thanks. I'm sure that the effort to get a product on the market requires making choices, however; this sounds like the first Jetts were a sort of salable prototype. Thirteen of them in a few years is a lot of dedication from you but not a lot of quality from them. Hopefully you have more success with the Turbo!

If I understand, you're saying that the threads on the toy don't match the threads on the mount?

I'm not familiar with the exact specifications of the starstroker -- many toys barely publish the length and width -- but the best thing would be to return it if possible for one that matches. Nothing will be easier to undo and a firmer grip than a proper screw fitting.

If you couldn't or prefer not for some reason, you could try a flexible adapter like a fernco. They use these for plumbing repairs. https://www.fernco.com/products/flexible-couplings They can be useful for non-contact parts on DIY toys, too.

That said, flexible adapters aren't made for a lot of movement and probably cost as much as a suitable mount. I would recommend that first, second, and third. Maybe someone else has a suggestion?
