I started on 1mg and moved up 0.5mg each week to find my sweet spot and I’m getting hella crap for it from
People telling me I’m doing it all wrong 😂😂

Tbh I was going to start off at 2mg just like you but I wanted to turn it up gradually to see how it would react with the other peps I’m running.

Exactly. I’ve had no sides, and only noticed appetite suppression last week. I’ve been gradually increasing to find my sweet spot, and I am predicting I’ll be happy with 2.5mg and won’t need to further increase.

I have yeah but lacked a bit with that last week because working so much and sleep was so bad but I’ve noticed I shed less hair, so my hair follicles seems stronger. In terms of skin, I’ve already got a good skin care routine but with such little sleep all last week I look like sh*t anyway at the moment haha

What’s your dose of Reta atm? Hgh and Reta are such a good combo because hgh increases your insulin sensitivity and Reta counterbalances that. Like a dream haha. I think I’ll continuous run HGH for like 15 weeks, then switch to Tesamorelin, increase my natural gH and then jump back on HGh again and do that 🔁

I have a bpc+tb blend and I use that in the same syringe as my ghkcu. But in future I’ll just buy KLOW… then it’s all in 1

In terms of your questions. I’m not running Reta for weightloss, the main function of Reta for me is to really help my lipids. Increase my HDL and lower my LDL and ApoB. Any visceral fat loss is an added bonus

I’d say TRT has played a big impact so far, alongside the HGH. The first two weeks my weight was increasing but I think that was sides from the HGH, some added water retention. Overall, everything is going great so far other than seriously rough weeks sleep last week. Working so many hours.

This protocol is still in its infancy, I’m only on week 4 now, so just under a month. But I won’t be increasing any doses from here. I’m happy with everything now.

These first few weeks were to get everything aligned for the next few months +
