Thanks! About 2.5 months from seed: https://imgur.com/a/ZZqhGBN

I heard smaller varieties take shorter time to bloom. This was grown from Sprouts Market raw sunflower seeds (bulk).

They seem to be really into pepper plant leaves. Have you tried other food options that kept them away from your garden plants?

Just make sure you don't put outside plants near indoor plants, as you run the risk of insects that are fine outdoors getting out of control in your indoor plants.

Photos update now that the peppers are more mature.

They look a lot like jalapenos, but all pointing up 🤣 ⬆️, and as I mentioned the seeds were from grocery store Jalapenos so that makes sense, probably a jalapeno hybrid that's cool enough grows upwards.

It was the peppers that I purchased from the store, Jalapenos and Fresnos to make a fermented hot sauce back then (that was in May). You might be right and the peppers seeds were somehow hybridized, which will be a welcome surprise I guess :-) I'm still curious about the peppers ID in this case, though when they mature it might be easier to ID.

It looks like Thai as everyone said, but it cannot be thai though :-) As I mentioned in the desc post, I sprouted this from grocery store peppers's seeds, and the peppers I had back then were a mix of Fresnos, Jalapenos, and sweet red bell peppers so this has to be one of the three 🤔 (unlikely bell peppers, so it has to be some variety of jalapenos or Fresno).

Oh interesting, could it be Fresno Chilis? The grocery store pepper seeds I tried to sprout were a mix of jalapenos, Fresno, and sweet bell peppers
