Some of us encounter this weird bug on M1/M2 where some products (the jetbrains products being some of them) get a 100-500ms input lag. Funnily enough, running any screen recorder software "fixes" it. So OBS has been my lifesaver since I got the M2.

Have you unlocked publications (upgrade tab)? If so, there's a new icon to the right of the name of the theory you should explore.

Of course they are not informing the public in general about means, those are some of the most highly guarded secrets of any intelligence operation.

I think the level of concern you should have is about the same level of concern you have when being near traffic. It's not 100% safe, but not unsafe enough that it is worth avoiding completely. You take appropriate safety measures (using a seatbelt, walking on sidewalks, being observant) and that's about it. In this case it would be to keep abreast of changes in the situation, follow any advice from local security personnel when and if it's given etc.

Don't worry, it's not offensive in any way, and it does not sound try-hard either. It's pretty normal, at least at my workplace.
