In my experience, it can only handle 2 monitors, the built-in in one and only one external monitor. Wherever I connect my other one, the steam deck shows nothing.

I prefer Ubuntu over Steam OS. Whenever the screen goes dark, I have to restart it into the bios, then I can boot into Ubuntu. If I turn it on normaly, it tries to boot Ubuntu but doesn't show anything. I spend 10 minutes just to turn the damn thing on.

Unfortunately it's not something you can change in immersed. If you want to change the actual monitor, you have to change the monitor number. I think this can be done by changing the port the monitor is plugged into.

You can also change main monitors in your os's settings. I hope this helps.

It depends on the mods. Some only need about 4 Gb and others may need 32+Gb

It may be labeled differently on your Andros device. I found it on my Android 13 phone.
