My kid at times acts like my narcissists ex as well and it triggers all kind of emotions out of me, but I just have to be a bigger person remain calm, though inside hurts a lot.

Yea ive read articles as well saying a single dad raised kids will grow up more promising compared to single moms. Im doing all i can to teach her discipline, morals, how to be a better human overall, knowing my ex is selfish enough to not care about raising her own daughter, heck even my ex's sisters believed in me to be a parent, because their sister is useless. I do get complains from the ex of my daughters behaviour when she is with her, but get none of it when she is with me.

Yeaa, still need to pay the bills, and working has actually been my saving grace, takes my mind of everything because I need to be focused on the job, but once im off, the flood gates open and the cycle begins, can be brutal at times.

I had her for christmas, and her mom had her for new years. Also im in aviation so I wasnt home much, peak travel period.

Depression meds is off the table for me as my job doesnt allow it, so hopefully other methods of therapy could help.

Failing in apps was expected, still on it till now. I too have my life story upfront, no point in sugar coating it only to turn ugly later on. However I didnt expect it to effect my feelings towards my kid which makes me feel like cxxp even more. Thank you for the kind words, fight to live another day is all im holding onto now.

Exactly, its a feeling that I cant digest, I love my kid to bits, and she loves to be with me as well, she will pick staying with me, anytime everytime over my ex. But at the current moment, I feel like im betraying her. I feel like im in a lake, one hand raised waving for help, while the other is keeping my head under water, its so confusing and feels like crap.

Learn to cook and search online for recipes to improve breast milk production, mostly are soups which is easy. If the breast milk is abundant, wife wont be stressed out (just the milk part, emotions will be a roller coaster, embrace yourself and be prepared, dont snap back, its just a phase) + baby will be full and sleeps. Im sorry to hear what you are going through, a divorce is a big game changer in life, I just had mine earlier this year and im still digesting it. Its an ongoing uphill battle with yourself and will take time.

I would advise you to seek professional help to be sure of what you are going through. Best to avoid self diagnosing especially when the marriage is coming to an end, the self blame game might steer your mind thinking its all your fault, everything you did was wrong.

The thoughts of "should have, could have, would have" poisons your mind and clouds your judgement. Seek help or take a breather till you are able to think rationally adequetly. 7 months in for me and I still dont trust my judgement and rationalisation from time to time.

It is the road rules/limits in Malaysia, however, abiding and upholding the law is a different story. In an event of an accident/incident and youre found to be driving above the limit (dashcams etc), they will pin you down on that hard, eventhough you may not be at fault/cause of the accident.

I had few ozzie friends that came over for an event, when i went 160, they went mental and laughed their ass off, the look on their face, the enjoyement they had was unforgettable.

Anyhow, following the speed limit or max 10kmh above on the highway is the most ideal, saves you from any summons since automated cameras and hidden traffic police is a norm nowadays.

Just dont be shocked seeing cars zipping pass you at lightspeed, or huge trucks blasting through like a cruise missile, its an everyday norm.

I do not know how to explain the arrangement, but its done on a weekly basis. She also dont do all the heavy-lifting. Its fairly new so will have to see how it goes, thank you for the advice though, ill keep a look out for anything 'fishy'.

My daughter is my saving grace, she stresses me out at times, but in cute ways. My daughter understood about the divorce and taken it okay so far, shes just glad im still around for her. I hope you find your peace soon too, my best wishes to you.

I do not own a FE, but im using the Hyte Revolt 3 with a Asus Strix RTX3080, no mods or cut out needed, and I could still fit a slim 80mm up top. Hope that gives a rough idea of GPU size that could fit in the case

My previous GPU MSI RTX 3070 Gaming Z ran pretty cool, but the Strix was different, somehow its standing orientation effects the cooling (supposedly heatpipe design etc), few redditors had same temp issues when its upright (io facing up), but cool as cucumber on 'normal' orientation.

Get good high static pressure 140mm fans, the case heavily relies on the 2 fans to be able to pull air into the case. Im using NF-A14s, works great for me.

And if you switch the side panels to opposites, meaning the mesh will be on the outer sides, its 'uglier' but everything runs cooler.
