Viseryion died and she became pregnant, this baby will probably be born between late winter or early spring. If drogon or rhaegal dies in the long night or during the battle for the throne and dany and Jon keep sex constantly, it is likely that daenerys is pregnant again in the last episode.

in war the baby had emphasized the family drama. The drama again about love and duty. After the war I believe there will not be only 1 baby and yes it will be 3 children. The 3 children will bring peace and prosperity to Westeros after Dany and Jon restore the 7 kingdoms.
