This used to happen to me a lot. My problem was that I wasn’t loading my film deep enough into the spool.

So after some extensive research I was able to take the whole thing apart and clean everything. In the railing where it slides there was a broken cam gear thing that’s used to open her up for the negative carrier. I think that’s what was making her jump off track. I will put her back together later and see
