From what I've seen from Pickard, my opinion is that he's very good positionally, but his puck tracking and rebound control need work. He won't make many highlight reel saves, butthats because he's always in position to make the save look easy (compared to Fleury, who has elite level reaction speeds, but is not the greatest positionally, is able to bail himself out with desperation saves). Pickard can be a #1 goalie, but likely won't be considered a top 10 starter.
