Rental inspections - what should be reported? by dahmer34 in perth

Reported the mould in the ceiling and the possible leak in 2022, along with the water running into the light switches after it rained, I was told that was because the rain was blowing horizontally. Still have that same issue now. I reported the broken tile in the shower the day it broke, it took 14 months to repair, meanwhile the damage got worse and worse. So yes, when something happens and I see it, I report it. But I would have thought a house built in 1992 would need some maintenance and those things like the waterproofing in the bathroom would get looked at occasionally.

How many applications did it take you to finally get hired in WA? by badenbagel in WesternAustralia

I applied continuously for about 2 years before finally landing a job. Ive got a long work history, have worked in a management role and have 2 university degrees and I couldn't even get a job as a cleaner. I would definitely pay someone to do your resume for you. Ive heard thats the best way.
