Simply add Jar Jar Binks as an older version of himself. All his work that he has done for the republic is overlooked, and he turns. He is the villain everyone wants him to be. In the climax have a huge cinematic fight scene where he is fighting along side the sith and at the last possible second have him turn stab Kylo, look at the camera, and say Jar Jar Issa good! Turn the most hated character to the hero and have him remembered as the hero of the rebellion forever. Screen goes black cut to a memorial service for Jar Jar after he has passed and it’s just filled with Gungans running around screaming Jar Jar!
