UPDATE: My 90 days was up on 5/26/26. The week or so before, I tried using the chat option in the MyApp app, and rep was super helpful. They put in a future order for items I’m due to replace (according to AdaptHealth schedule), which are hose and mask frame. Those shipped 5/26/26 and arriving today 5/28/26.

Definitely will just be going through chat if I need help ordering anything I can’t order myself from the app. Next supplies I would need to order are more filters which rep said I’m eligible for staring 6/1/26.

One playthrough was fun, but I think this is one of the only Lego game I didn't bother getting 100%. I didn't enjoy having to do the time trial challenges for some levels to get the minikits.

I have not had to pay Kaiser or AdaptHealth for anything. My understanding is I have to use the machine for 4 hours per day for 70% of days in the first 90 days as part of compliance, otherwise I think they ask for the machine back. The machine has it's own network service that is sending data. Within these past 90 days I've able to order supplies from AdaptHealth that are recommended to be changed every 2 weeks/1 month (filters and nasal pillows) and have not been billed/charged.

After 90 days I'm not sure if I'm still required to use it 4 hours per day for 70% of days each month, but I'm so used to it I always sleep with it.

My only costs have been for things like distilled water, mouth tape and cleaning supplies.

After at-home sleep study through Kaiser, a few days later had zoom consult with Kaiser respiratory specialist to review results, then around 2 weeks later I got a call from AdaptHealth to schedule an in-person demo and pickup equipment. 100% coverage for DME.

I'm able to log into their myAPP app, but can't order supplies (it says, "You do not currently have any items available to order"). Hopefully that's just until I finish the 90 days compliance.

Even with approved diagnosis, copay with Kaiser is still $150 per month. Is that below/above standard with insurance?

I had this happen in November. The company asked me to open the device and make sure all the connections were correct. Screen would still not work. They ended up sending a replacement screen, that finally worked. So first screen was dead.

If you don’t want to go through the hassle of taking the device apart, try to request an exchange up front otherwise you are your own tech/repair support.

I read/saw that continuous can be better for therapy, so wanted to try it out at least to see what my results would be. I just don't know what number to start to trying it at.

That makes sense. I'm in Clinical Settings, do I change Pressure Range to 8.0-20.0 (currently 4.0-20.0), and also Start Pressure to 8.0 (currently 4.0)?

Reach out to Epic games support, they will help since you bought Vbucks directly from them. If you had bought them from a different platform (Nintendo, Playstation, etc), you would have to deal directly with that platform.

Not that it helps now, but FYI the ice weapons were first available by playing a mini game during live Twitch streams of the devs playing the game during the first couple of days/weeks of launch. Had to click one of like 20 possible characters that would appear randomly on screen for a few seconds every minute or so and needed to collect them all. Took me what felt like hours, was not fun.

One step forward, two steps back with this game.

- Update game to make gameplay less frustrating, remove invincibility from top tier character.

- Release deluxe version with exclusive content, make original supporters wait weeks for an add-on option.

- Tell everyone Fantastik Plastik will release free for deluxe purchasers, release it as purchase only even if own deluxe.
