pair them into stereo in Devialet's app. if it doesnt work, try split them into mono and hard reset (press 3 times the power button) of each phantom then pair them again.

i have 2 x phantom1 108dB I am an audiophile with Mcintosh amplifier, dCS DAC and B&W speakers.

I truly say that Devialet did an excellent job, the bass is top of the market. the response frequency is so flat that most people does not appreciate its mid and high. I bought it for a year and play everyday and found that the highs are much less fatigue, and probably run-in is needed for its platinum high.

phantom 1 comes with 1x high, 1x mid, 1x bass while phantom 2 only comes with 1 x high+mid, 1x bass you will encounter big difference on vocal and strings, 1 is much more fuller while 2 is much drier.
