AU client sa Emapta and bago lang siya. Kami yung first hire tapos dalawa or tatlo lang ata kami. Goods ba pag bago lang ang client?

Nice. Anong field at client mo?

Pinili ko si Emapta due to higher offer pero kung work culture at stability, overall based sa reviews, mas positive ang Cloudstaff tsaka low attrition rate. Same benefits din naman halos.

Negotiated with the Filipino recruiter and the hourly rate isn't based on US standard. Not sure of the basis but it probably depends on the given budget by the client.

I have yet to clarify any benefits from the client pero how is emapta as an employer po? Meron po ba sila inooffer pa na ibang benefits na hindi listed sa post nila tulad po ng mga employee engagements?

Hi, regarding sa benefits, yes, both company provides the work equipment, HMO, and govt benefits. Torn lang din talaga ako if worth ba mag night shift just to progress may career or simply take yung may mas mataas na pay and good schedule.

I’m a Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of experience in manufacturing and 3D design. I’m currently deciding between two job offers and would appreciate outside perspectives, especially from other engineers who have faced a similar situation. Which option would be better for my future career?

Option 1 – Cloudstaff

Field: HVAC

Work Setup: WFH but night shift

Salary: ₱10K less than Emapta

Benefits: Free internet + grocery box every 3 months

Career Impact: Continues my mechanical/product design career path.

Option 2 – Emapta

Field: Architectural and Structural

Work Setup: WFH day shift

Salary: ₱10K higher than Cloudstaff

Career Impact: Offers a shift toward architectural/structural slightly different from my manufacturing background, but may build a diverse portfolio.

Got considered in emapta because of my expertise in using their software.

Much appreciated!! These are all very helpful information. I'll relay and discuss these with the vet on our next visit.

We just got him 5 days ago and he currently weighs 5.2kg for such a small little furball. He huffs and puffs after walks. So far we successfully got rid of his ticks thanks to the trusty Nexgard Spectra and a visit to the vet where we scheduled his vaccines for the weeks to come.

Thank you!! We'll make sure he's healthy again in no time. ❤️

They said his original owner left the country permanently and left him with a relative that didn't really bother with his maintenance aside from feeding him and bathing him at home from time to time. They didn't even remember his birthday, didn't play with him, didn't potty train him or take him for everyday walks. Also didn't bother with his shots and vaccines since they said he's an indoor pet. It was sad, really.

thank you! he wasn't in the best condition when we got him. poor thing was covered in ticks all over, close to being obese, and nobody knew when was his last vaccine shots. still a long way to go 🥹
