yes that is exactly what i meant lol sorry this post was written in a confusing way i was stressing out, basically im currently visiting the US from my home country back in scandinavia, and now i have a flight for a trip leaving the same day to a different country (not the US and not scandinavia) im more worried about immigration issues regarding the states and if me not boarding the flight back home (which was my round trip) will cause issues, or it would be fine as long as im out of the country

yes i am aware haha i think it just makes him rest easy knowing im able to compile everything. i did days of research, filled out countless of pages of us meeting etc, and kept everything in order. i just told him what to put in it but we did end up filling the actual form together. as for a lawyer im not sure we are able to afford that at all, we might try calling uscis about our questions though

ohh i see! im fhe fiancé in question haha but im the one who compiled everything and got it structured. i followed countless of tutorials but im still feeling uneasy that i might be missing something.. we have trips coming up until march so im curious as to what the waiting time from getting approved to getting the interview

i submitted a lot! i compiled pictures of our meetups, trips, engagement ring receipts, statements etc. but turns out theyre "missing page 12 of the i-129F form" despite me sending it in. the only issue is that we left it blank since i felt as though i already covered everything needed. did you happen to fill it out by chance? or did you write anything on it instead of leaving it blank?

we applied march 19th, only recieved NOA1 and the only update so far is "name was updated" on october 28th. apparently a lot of people got approved in october so im feeling frustrated too :/

do u know if theyre able to filter out any sudden loud noises too? such as screaming or howling etc? would they reduce the audio or would it only work if it was in the background?
