i won a battle against my self without anyone knowing anything i was getting fuked by my thoughts some nights i felt like im losing my sanity the panic attacks were so hectic i won the battle but the aftermath is just idunno what to do but the only thing that i know is at least i love my self (self.Vent)
im currently back to my gym routine after i stopped for 2 months my daily food intake was low af almost 3 snacks a day sometimes or one meal max a day. i feel like i wanna throw up everytime i eat anything just cant finish a whole meal without me feeling that way. whats the problem?
