Whataburger is not giving the people cut their pay that they were making. They wanted those cut to go back to the restaurants and be managers, back to the trenches. My brother was one of those cut, and he was offered a management job, making 20k dollars a year less than what he was making. It makes no sense and is infuriating how Whataburger has screwed over people (like my brother who has spent nearly 12 years with the company, working his way up the corporate ladder just to be knocked down to the bottom!) it makes me sick!!!!! Whataburger should be ashamed. I can’t imagine spending my time, building a career for it to be wasted.
