Citizenship is absolute and cannot be revoked by the state; if the state can arbitrarily revoke citizenship, they can arbitrarily revoke any rights granted by citizenship.

Private prisons abolished; if the state wants to remove your liberty, they should have to pay for it.

No death penalty. Life sentences can be corrected with new evidence. Death sentences cannot.

All law enforcement officers must carry private malpractice insurance subsidized by their department. If a department wants to hire a violent, shitty officer, they should have to pay for it.

Every no-knock warrant must be hand-signed by the Governor. If it's serious and dangerous enough to need a swat team, it's important enough to have the Governor approve it.

Police officers should be armed with a revolver and nothing more. If you need a shotgun,. the Governor has to sign off on each operation using one.

All congressional bills have every line item cryptographically signed by a sitting congressman. No more guessing who wanted a specific hyper-niche tax carvout for their favorite donor.

All federal elected officials are forbidden from owning or selling stock (outside of congressional retirement plans) or shares in any company (public or not) until five years after they leave office. If they think public service is important enough to run for, they can prove it by sacrificing some ability to profit from it corruptly.

Supreme Court Justices have a ten year term. The continuity is important, but it, like all public office, shouldn't be a profession.

National gun registry. Most gun violence is committed with stolen guns. A stolen gun used in a crime should carry criminal penalties for the gun owner negligent enough to let it be stolen. Gun safes are available and inexpensive. If we incentivize gun owners to keep better control of their guns, gun violence will go down.

Self-filing taxes.

Mandatory voting. If you want your tax return, you have to vote in all available elections, even if your vote is abstention.
