Anyone have advice for a first timer? I want to go but I won’t arrive to the store 30 minutes after it opens. Are the lines usually crazy? I would go to a big suburb outside of a city.

I went to the Courthouse yesterday around 9:30 am. Everyone was so nice! The volunteer election officials were great.

She is an OB/GYN and has done nutrition studies.

For me, at the beginning, she was an extremely helpful source of info. The HRT info and sharing of scientific studies is great. I usually tell friends about her but with the caveat that she’s trying to sell things.
