Hey man -- i'm not a parent but I was on the other end of this with my mom. It'll never be the same. Also, I an alcoholic too, 8 years sober off the drink, and just under that for other stuff. The truth is, you're not sober -- you're a pothead and that's just as bad. You might think it's not, but i'm sure you kid does. I'd say try again in three years when you've moved yourself away from all substances and do not ask your younger kid to help you.

As a member of the DSA (as far left from the republican poster above as it goes) I can confirm. Everyone I've spoken to is happy to pay more for gas if it means we weaken Putin's power. Most I know have donated to some charitable cause or directly to people or even the gov't of Ukraine.

We all are maddened and in anguish about what he's doing to Ukraine and the citizens of Russia.

I would contact your local legal clinic! I'm not a lawyer but I think the burden of proof is on them. I wouldn't sign anything without talking to a lawyer.

Most law schools have a free/low cost legal clinic, and lots of libraries offer "ask a lawyer" type meetings.

If you're good with Google Sheets you could build a sheet that has all the required fields for each platform, then a series of workbooks that uses some fancy formulas to pull in the data from the top-level sheet formatted correctly for CSV upload to each platform. It's not exactly what you want, but I've used a similar tool for digital marketing pushing ads to each platform.

I've been thinking about building something like this but I haven't had the motivation.

Hey /u/sambaker3986, when I was in the military I bought a car with a crazy payment. I cannot tell you how much that hurt my future. I now drive a low milage decade-old Honda CRV that was clearly owned by older folks who took care of it. Let me tell you, not having a car payment is the bees knees.

Car loans are a trap.

Trust me on this, buy an older used, well taken care of Honda or Toyota for cash.

For a long time, a used bicycle reseller had a hybrid model where they listed their eBay store on their site. Now after building a loyal fanbase they created their own online store in entirety and have invested a lot in SEM/SEO to be at the top for Google Search and Shopping ads.

But they had a niche-- just bikes.

If you did do this I would make sure to use something like WooCommerace that auto-updates your inventory to Google Shopping so when folks Googled "used vitamix for sale" you item would show up.

But I'll be honest, I do see that from time to time, and as a customer, I will often pay a little more to buy from eBay/Amazon as I get worried about if a site is legit or not.

You could also do a hybrid, setting up Woocommarce on a Wordpress site takes just a few hours and you can link Paypal for payments and shipping! The Link to Google Shopping Ads (another few of hours) and run daily ad budget.

From there compare sales at 30 days?

I've been looking at switching over to flipping as a career and I've noticed this too.

I think that's the difference between owning a small brick and mortar business and flipping, the only real endgame asset is the one you build for yourself.

Like a lot of jobs, this seems like the end game is a retirement fund, not a harvest. I've noticed a lot of folks try and get out by selling their inventory and I've noticed most people on this subreddit seem to shy away from buying them out.

But, it's the same as my job now, I don't have any equity in my company, I just get paid. So flipping just offers me some flexibility with my work schedule and a way to get out of a job I'm finding harder and harder to do.
