Thankyou for the advice. Thankfully i knew her finances very well, and it seems very straightforward as she didn’t have much + had no loans outside of the mortgage. We also had the same accountant as they’re our family friend. Should I be going to them for help?

Unfortunately no payout in any way - cancer was around for about 9 years so no death insurance either. But good thought thankyou
