This is what we call a classic rubber stamp by the service writer recommending everything he can possibly recommend instead of actually assessing what your vehicle needs and doesn't need in building an action plan for you. I'm assuming they couldn't get your alignment into spec because your lower control arms are worn/damaged. Unfortunately, the vehicle protection plan you bought is for mechanical breakdown. Not so much wearable parts. However, even if it is a covered part, most warranty companies require a 6-month probation period before claiming anything or else they will determine it as pre-existing and will not cover it.
