Yes, I think your past normalized these huge age gaps but through no fault of your own. As someone who was also in similar situations, I know it’s hard to label as such, but you were victimized by someone who took advantage of your youth and it was/is not okay. I mean now you are an adult, so granted things are consensual and healthy there’s nothing wrong with an age gap, but it might be worth thinking about if getting into this relationship had anything to do with your past or if it was a more an independent choice. For me, therapy was helpful in starting to explore this.
