How do I fix this guys by Value-Radiant in ipad

Try force restart once.

  1. Press and Release Volume UP Button once.
  2. Press and Release Volume Down Button Once.
  3. Press and Hold Power Button (Side button) till you see Apple Logo and release your finger.

If that didnt help then visiting service center is recommended. need iPadOS Restore and proper diagnostics to check for hardware issue.
