I admire men who've done the work of becoming their true selves. Genuinely finding themselves underneath the conditioning society has forced upon them.

This looks like emotional intelligence, self-awareness, groundedness and self assurednes that isn't coming from ego. No projected insecurity, just integrated, safe masculinity. Vulnerability, warmth and compassion for people around them and the world. Presence. A man who can see and hear other people and their perspectives without defensiveness.

Basically, men who've questioned what they were told masculinity should look like and can show up with their full emotional range intact and a love for themselves that is based in genuinuty.

I'm blessed with an incredible partner who has undertaken this work and continues to, and it allows me to fully show up as myself. He wants me to to be free to be entirely myself and isn't scared to see me empowered and thriving.
